B. Device & Diagnostics Data (All Apps)

- Crash logs and performance diagnostics
No analytics or third-party tracking tools are used.
C. Location Data
Used only by:
- mobo Delivery
- Horilla Mobile
Purpose:
- To enable delivery routing, attendance, or location-based service features.
Background location is used only by Odoo Community Mobile (if applicable) for specific features such as attendance or location tracking required by your business workflow.
Location data is not shared with third parties.
D. Camera & Media Access
Camera or media access may be used for:
- QR code scanning (mobo Sales)
- Uploading images (All Apps)
- Taking photos (All Apps)
This data is used only for the intended feature (e.g., uploading documents, scanning products).
We do not store photos on our servers.
E. Microphone Access
Used only by:
- mobo Sales
- mobo CRM
- mobo POS
- Odoo Community Mobile
Purpose:
- Voice input features
- In-app communication features
Microphone data is not recorded or stored.
F. File / Storage Access (All Apps)
