• The shipment wizard automatically hides order lines that have already been shipped.

• A shipment can be cancelled directly from Odoo, which cancels it on BobGo and returns its order lines for a new shipment.
• Cancelling a shipment triggers an automatic cancellation notification to the customer.

• A PDF report can be printed for any shipment, including the shipment reference, tracking reference, service level, sender and recipient addresses, parcel details, shipped items and tracking URL.
• Each shipment also links directly to its record on the BobGo portal and waybill.

• Customers see live BobGo rates as a delivery option during website checkout.
• Once a website order is paid, the Sale Order is confirmed and the BobGo shipment is created and submitted automatically, with no manual step required.

• A single Email template and a single WhatsApp template are used, with content generated dynamically based on the shipment's current state.
• Notifications are sent automatically on every status change, including shipment confirmation, transit updates, delivery and cancellation.
• Every notification attempt sent or failed is logged in the record's chatter.
• WhatsApp notifications require an approved WhatsApp template and are skipped gracefully (with Email still sent) if the WhatsApp module isn't installed.

The module supports BobGo webhooks so shipment status updates can be received without manual polling.
