Jungleworks Integration

A dedicated configuration file is used to securely store the Jungleworks integration credentials and identifiers, including the API Key, Secret Key, Master User ID and Brand ID required for communication with the Jungleworks platform.

We can create categories to organize the products. However, once a product is assigned to a category, that category cannot have any child categories. A child category can only be created after all products are removed from the parent category. This means that only a leaf-level (child) category can have products assigned to it.

The integration synchronizes product information between Odoo and Jungleworks, ensuring that product data remains consistent across both platforms. The synchronization includes the product’s basic details as well as additional product information, such as:

• Product name and description
• Main product image
• Additional/extra product images
• Similar or related products
• Product description and detailed information
• Product search tags
• Product category and related classification details
• Other relevant product attributes required by Jungleworks

This helps keep the product catalogue in Odoo and Jungleworks up to date and reduces the need for manually maintaining product information in both systems.

The integration synchronizes contact/customer information between Odoo and Jungleworks, ensuring that customer records are consistent across both platforms. The synchronization includes creating new contacts, updating existing contact details and maintaining the relationship between Odoo contacts and their corresponding Jungleworks customer records.

The integration synchronizes sales order information between Odoo and Jungleworks, ensuring that order data is accurately maintained across both platforms. Orders created or received through Jungleworks can be synchronized with Odoo along with the relevant customer and product information.

The integration supports synchronization of discounts and loyalty programs between Jungleworks and Odoo, allowing the promotional and customer loyalty configurations maintained in Jungleworks to be easily reflected in Odoo.

The synchronization can include:

• Discount programs and discount rules
• Loyalty programs
• Loyalty rewards and benefits
• Program validity and applicable conditions
• Product or category based applicability
• Customer specific or order specific promotions
• Relevant Jungleworks and Odoo program mappings

This allows discounts and loyalty programs to be managed consistently across both platforms and reduces the need to configure the same promotional rules manually in Odoo.

The integration supports multiple companies within Odoo, allowing each company to be synchronized independently with Jungleworks. Data can be maintained separately for each company, ensuring that records belonging to one company do not interfere with another.

The multi-company synchronization supports:

• Separate product categories for each company
• Company specific products and product information
• Separate order data
• Company specific discount and loyalty programs
• Creation, editing and deletion of categories, products, orders, discounts and loyalty programs according to the respective company
• Proper mapping of Jungleworks records with their corresponding Odoo company

This provides a structured workflow for managing multiple companies while keeping their categories, products, orders, discounts and loyalty programs independently synchronized and organized.
