Zoho Mail Connector integrates Zoho Mail with Odoo, allowing users to connect their Zoho Mail account and manage email communication directly from Odoo.

The module uses Zoho Mail APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication to securely communicate between Odoo and Zoho Mail.

With this integration, users can:

• Connect one or more Zoho Mail accounts.
• Select the appropriate Zoho region.
• Synchronize Inbox emails.
• Synchronize Sent emails.
• View synchronized emails inside Odoo.
• View email content, sender, recipients, CC and date.
• Send emails through Zoho Mail directly from Odoo.
• Automatically refresh expired access tokens.
• Synchronize emails automatically using Odoo Scheduled Actions.

• The module uses OAuth 2.0 to authenticate with Zoho Mail.
• Users do not need to provide their Zoho Mail password to Odoo. Instead, they authorize the Odoo application through Zoho and grant the required permissions.

• Zoho Mail uses different API endpoints depending on the user's geographical region.
• The user selects the appropriate region while configuring the Zoho account.

• Before connecting Zoho Mail with Odoo, a Zoho OAuth client must be created from the Zoho API Console.
• The application should be configured as a web/server-based application with the appropriate Authorized Redirect URI.

• Odoo redirects the user to Zoho's authorization page.
• Log in to Zoho and authorize the application.
• Zoho redirects the user back to Odoo.
• Odoo exchanges the authorization code for OAuth tokens.
• The account is then marked as: Connected
• The module also retrieves the Zoho Mail account information and available mail folders.

• Zoho access tokens are temporary.
• When the access token expires, the module uses the refresh token to obtain a new access token.
• This prevents the module from unnecessarily requesting a new access token for every API request.
• The module also maintains the token expiry time to determine when a refresh is required.

• The module allows users to synchronize emails from the Zoho Inbox into Odoo.

• The module also supports synchronization of emails from the Zoho Sent folder.

• The module adds an option to send an email through Zoho Mail from the Odoo email compose wizard.
• Users can compose an email normally and select:
• Send via Zoho
• The email is then sent using the configured Zoho Mail account instead of Odoo's standard outgoing mail server.

• The module can use Odoo Scheduled Actions (Cron Jobs) to automatically synchronize emails.
