Future Holding is one of the leading companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain which mainly focuses on premium and high-quality Indoor & Outdoor Lighting, Exhaust Fans, Switches & Sockets, Lamps, LED Strips & Aluminum Profiles, Emergency Lighting, and many more. The company started its business by providing consultancies, turnkey solutions, and services in electrical energy conservation. They established their business in Muharraq City - Bahrain, Riffa City, and Riyadh.

An established company with 6 branches along with one acting as the headquarters Future holding is a developing establishment that is striving towards excellence in the Lighting solution Industry. Further, they also function as a consultancy providing their employees for their client thus allowing their employees to work for the client from the client's facility.

Reaching the bottom with their previous ERP- The challenge

Future Holding has been dependent on an ERP tool for many years; however, the ERP tool that they had been using in the initial years couldn't address their requirements.

  • Ineffective multi-company management, functioning from six branches and one acting as the headquarters.

  • All the financial management operations of the entire branches were configured to run from the headquarters branch except on the acceptance of customer payments
