To generate lead enrichments, users must have credits in their accounts. These credits can be purchased through the IAP(In-App Purchase) page on the Odoo website. Once credits are available, the Odoo platform can use them to search for contact information from external sources.

Firstly, move to Configuration > Settings and then enable the Lead Enrichment option under the Lead Generation section. Then, select either Enrich leads on demand only or Enrich all leads automatically.

Lead enrichment using company data based on the customer's email address. You can enrich the leads in two different ways: automatically or manually.

1. Enrich Leads Automatically:

To automatically enrich leads, select the Enrich all leads automatically option in the CRM Settings. So the user doesn’t need to take any action to enrich the leads. Every sixty minutes, a scheduled action runs automatically to enrich leads after a remote database is contacted.

2. Enrich Leads Manually:

After enabling the Lead Enrichment option, select the Enrich leads on demand only option to manually enrich the lead by the user. Then, moves to the Leads, where you can see the Enrich button to manually enrich the leads as shown below:

You can manually enrich the leads in bulk by using the list view format. Then,  select the number of leads to enrich from the list. Click on the Action button and select the Enrich button from the drop-down menu as shown below:

The Lead Enrichment process needs credits as it is an In-App Purchase feature. To buy credits, click on the Manage Service & Buy Credits button under the Lead Generation section. You can also click the View My Services button to view the IAP Services and recharge your credits.
