How to Create a Lead in Odoo 16 Customer Relationship Management

We can create a lead from the CRM module related to any business purpose. After activating the Leads option, you can see the Leads tab on the Odoo 16 CRM module. The list of all created leads is viewable to you in the Leads window. Information including Company, Email, City, Salesperson, Phone, and more are viewable in the List view of Leads window, as pointed out in the screenshot below.
