Enable Units of Measurement from the Sales configuration settings. Different packaging options can be created for the same product.
For example:
- Pack of 1 – Box containing 6 units.
- Pack of 2 – Box containing 12 units.
A dedicated pricelist can be created to define different prices based on the product quantity and packaging. For example, a product can have one price for Pack of 1 and another price for Pack of 2.

Dedicated Exchange Option
Odoo 20 introduces a dedicated Exchange option during the product return process. Customers can now choose to exchange a product instead of only returning it. When initiating a return, users are presented with both Return and Exchange options. This provides greater flexibility in handling customer requests.
