Reporting
In the Odoo 19 CRM module, you can easily analyze the CRM activities by using the Reporting menu. Within the Reporting menu, you’ll find a selection of options like Forecast, Pipeline, Leads, Activities, Partnerships, and Lead Generation views.
1.1 Forecast
In the Odoo 19 CRM module, the forecast report enables the analysis of projected revenues for each month. The screenshot below shows the analysis of the prorated revenue of each month. You can enhance the forecast reports by adding Measures, Groups, and Filters.
You can view the forecast reporting as Kanban, Pivot, Graph, and List views. Forecast reports in the Kanban view are organized on a monthly basis, as illustrated in the screenshot above.
1.2 Pipeline
In the Odoo 19 CRM, you can analyze the pipeline process with the help of the Pipeline Analysis option under the Reporting menu. You can view the Pipeline Analysis in four different views: Graph, Pivot, Cohort, and List.
1.3 Lead:
In the Odoo 19 CRM module, the Lead Analysis reporting feature enables the analysis of leads generated through various channels. This feature enhances the lead creation process. You can view the lead analysis in Graph, Pivot, and List views.
1.4 Activities
In the Odoo 19 CRM module, all the planned and completed tasks reports can be analyzed under the Activities option.
1.5 Partnership:
In the Odoo 19 CRM module, you can analyze the financial turnover with the partner by using the Partnership Analysis field. You can choose the appropriate option using the Measures feature.
1.6 Lead Generation Views
The Lead Generation Views under the Reporting menu help to view the generated leads. The lead generation views allow you to view all the leads that have been created. To view generated leads, click the New button and add options such as IP address, Lead Generation Rule, Create Date, and view the State of the Lead Generation.
