A suitable platform that provides reliable reports is necessary to comprehend a company's operational procedure. Thanks to these technologies, the user will be able to observe all of the activities that were completed inside a specific time frame. You may do a number of module-related analysis tasks using the Odoo18 Subscription module's Reporting capability.

The client has access to reporting tools for salesperson dashboards, revenue KPIs, subscriptions, and retention here.

1.1 Subscriptions

Below is a screenshot of the Subscriptions Analysis window. This is the report's graphical representation.

You can have the pivot and list view of the page as well. The pivot view will be, as in the image below.

The report's measures include Monthly Recurring Revenue, Quantity, Recurring Amount, Yearly Recurring Revenue, and Count.

My Subscriptions, Running, To Renew, Expired, Good Health, Bad Health, Order Date, and End Date are among the filters. The report can be grouped using the options in the Group By section, which include Stage, Salesperson, Customer, Country, Industry, Template, Order Date, and End Date, as shown below.

1.2 Retention

When you choose the Retention option from the Reporting menu, the Retention Analysis window will open.

The Measures, Filters, and Group By options that we listed in the Subscription Analysis box are also available to the user.

1s.3 MRR Breakdown

The MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) Growth reporting window is shown below. By changing the year and date in the specified field, you can create MRR Breakdown KPI reports for a specific time period. The report can be tailored to meet the requirements of businesses, subscription plans, and salespeople.

Additionally, the page can be seen in list view and pivot view.

On this platform, the salesperson can view monthly recurring revenue, non-recurring revenue, subscription modification operations, and non-recurring bills. The user may handle all subscription-related tasks with ease and professionalism thanks to the sophisticated Odoo 19 Subscription module.
