Reporting
In Odoo 19 Appraisals, the Reporting feature provides analytical views of employee performance data, appraisal statuses, and goal progress. Under the Reporting menu, you can see two options: Appraisal Analysis and Skills Evolution.
1.1 Appraisal Analysis:
In Odoo 19 Appraisals, Appraisals Analysis provides detailed reporting on evaluation results, appraisal statuses, and employee performance trends. The X-axis shows the departments, and the Y-axis shows the total number of appraisals in each department. You can view the appraisal analysis as a bar chart, line chart, pie chart, stacked, descending, or ascending.
1.2 Skills Evolution:
In Odoo 19 Appraisals, Skill Evolution tracks how an employee’s skills improve over time based on appraisal results and feedback. Here, the skills evolution is arranged as a list view. You can also change it into Graph and Pivot views.
Here, you can see a list of appraisal skill reports with details such as Employee, Skill Type, Skill, Current Level, Previous Progress, Current Progress, and Justification.
This section displays the appraisal skills report in a graphical format. The X-axis shows the appraisal skills, and the Y-axis shows the level of progress. Click the Measures button to change the metrics to Current Progress, Evolution Sequence, Previous Progress, Progress Evolution, or Count.
Here, you can view the pivot representation of the appraisal skills report.
