The Reporting section of the Odoo 19 Employee module provides powerful analytical tools to gain insights into employee skills and certifications, helping organizations make informed workforce decisions.
The Skill Inventory report offers a comprehensive overview of the skills available within the organization. It supports both List and Pivot views for flexible analysis. In the list view, skills are organized by categories such as programming or technical skills, which can be expanded to view individual skills like Java, Python, HTML, or CSS. These entries can be further expanded to reveal the employees who possess each skill, along with their corresponding proficiency levels. This report is especially useful for assessing internal expertise, planning projects, and identifying skill gaps.
The Certifications report enables users to review certifications held by employees across the organization. From this view, you can expand each employee record to see the specific certifications assigned to them, such as professional or system-specific certifications. Only certifications belonging to active, hired employees are displayed, ensuring accurate and relevant reporting. This section also includes a Pivot view, allowing users to analyze certification data from different perspectives, such as by employee, certification type, or validity period.
