Mailing Lists
A key component of the SMS Marketing module, mailing lists are made to make it easier to send tailored SMS messages to groups of subscribers. The option, which offers versatility in controlling and organizing your audience, is divided into two sub-menus: Mailing List and Mailing List Contacts. You can create groups of contacts with Mailing List, and you can manage and add people to these groups with Mailing List Contacts. By removing the need to send messages one at a time, this feature allows you to effectively communicate with a broader audience while saving you a substantial amount of time.
A list of every mailing list you've made will appear when you select the Mailing Lists menu from the main dashboard.
The Mailing Lists page offers a flexible way to see and manage your groups in both List see and Kanban formats. Each email list is shown as a card for convenient access in the Kanban View, which offers a more organized and visual method. A comprehensive list of all the mailing lists that have been formed in an organized manner can be found on this page. It shows important information including each mailing list's name and the total number of contacts linked to it. By choosing the appropriate symbol on the page's right-hand side, you can easily switch to the List View for simpler navigation. As seen in the preview below, the List View offers a more straightforward tabular structure.
The name of the mailing list, if the "Show in Preference" option is enabled, the total number of mailings, the bounce rate, the opt-out %, the blacklisted mailing percentage, and the total number of recipients are all displayed on this page. To classify and arrange the data as required, you may also use the Group By and Filters options. Just click the NEW button on the left-hand side of the site to start a new mailing list.
You must give the mailing list a name and, if necessary, enable the Show in Preference option on the mailing list creation page. To add the new mailing list to the current list after completing the required fields, click the Save icon. It will be displayed alongside the other previously made lists on the Mailing Lists page after it has been saved. This page also gives you the ability to import contacts, send SMS, and send mail.
Another helpful option is Mailing List Contacts, which is located under the Mailing Lists tab on the main dashboard. The individual contacts linked to your mailing lists are displayed in this section, as indicated below.
All of the contacts that have been previously set up for different mailing lists are shown on the Mailing List Contacts page. It contains information like the date of creation, contact name, company name, email address, bounce information, mobile number, email blacklist status, and email address. You may save a lot of time by using the Filters and Group By tools to effectively manage and filter your contacts. You can flag particular contacts for easy access using the Favorites function. If you wish to upload contact information in bulk, you can also choose to import files. Just click the NEW button to add a new contact. As seen in the screenshot below, doing so will direct you to the contact creation page.
Important information, including the contact's name, must be entered in the appropriate area on the contact creation page. You can provide your personal details below, such as your title, company name, country, email address, mobile number, and any relevant tags. Use the Add a Line option to associate the contact with a mailing list. You can also add any pertinent parameters, enable the opt-out option, and define the subscription date in this section. To include the new contact in your current list of mailing list contacts, click the Save icon after entering all the required information.
