The Reporting menu in Odoo 19 Time Off provides powerful tools for analyzing employee leave data. Reports are available by Employee, by Type, and Balance, and can be viewed in Graph, Pivot, List, or Calendar formats. Users can refine reports using filters such as employee status, department, and year. These reporting tools help organizations track leave trends, improve planning, and manage time off more effectively.
4.1 Time Off Analysis by Employee
This report provides a detailed view of employee leave records, organized by leave type, duration, and status. The data can be accessed in Pivot, Graph, List, and Calendar views.
In the Graph view, users can choose between Bar, Pie, or Line charts. Bar and line charts can be sorted in ascending or descending order for better comparison. Available filters include To Approve, Second Approval Required, Approved Time Off, My Time Off, My Team, My Department, Active Employees, Current Year, Start Date, Active Time Off, Archived Time Off, and Canceled Time Off. Reports can also be grouped by Employee, Time Off Type, Status, Company, or Start Date.
4.2 Time Off Analysis by Type
The Time Off Analysis by Type report helps HR teams review leave usage based on different leave categories. Using filters and measures such as total duration and number of requests, users can identify trends and make better decisions about workforce planning.
This report is available in Graph, List, and Pivot views. In the List view, details such as Employee, Number of Days, Request Type, Start Date, End Date, Status, and Description are displayed, giving a clear overview of each request.
4.3 Time Off Analysis by Balance
The Time Off Analysis by Balance feature in Odoo 19 provides a clear overview of employee leave balances. It allows HR teams to monitor available leave, used leave, and pending requests in real time. This report supports workforce planning, policy compliance, and smooth payroll processing through its integration with other HR modules.
The dashboard summarizes employee leave data by Time Off Type, showing leaves already taken and those still pending approval.
