Refuse Reasons
The Configuration menu of the Recruitment module will show the Refuse Reasons option to define various reasons for refusing the application. You can easily configure the reasons for refusal on this platform.
As you can see in the image above, the window will show the Description and Email Template of configured Refuse Reasons. By configuring a specific Email Template, the applicant will get a message with the refusal reason when the application got rejected in the recruitment process. You are allowed to click on the ‘Create’ button to create a new Refuse Reason. You will get a new line below to the existing list where you can define the new Refuse Reason.
