Vendors
It is important to configure the vendor details of each product in the Lunch module. When you configure a new product in the system, you need to mention the Vendor details of that product. From the Configuration menu of the module, you will get the Vendor option where you can manage and configure vendors in the Lunch module.
The platform will show all vendors available in the Lunch module. You will get Kanban and List views in this window. The Vendor description on the screen includes the name of the vendor, contact number, address, and Email ID. you can click on the ‘Create’ button to add a new Vendor.
Mention the name of the Vendor in the new vendor creation window. Additionally, you can add the Address, Email, Phone, and Company of the vendor. In the Availability tab, you can select the days on which the vendor is available. Under the Orders tab, select the Delivery option to deliver the food items to your location. You can add your location in the Location field. The order can be sent by Phone or Email and you can set it in the ‘Send Order By’ field.
You will get the fields to mention Extra Label and Quantity in this window to add complementary products offered by this vendor. When you select a product from this vendor, the complementary product will be visible on your order. Click the ‘Save’ button after completing all fields.
