Visitors
The Visitors menu shown in the Live Chat module will record the details of the visitors to your website.
This window can be viewed in Kanban, List, and Graphical views. You will get the name of the visitor if the contact details are saved in your database. For such saved contacts, you will get the Email option to connect with them on this platform. This window will show the Last Action, Number of Visits, Last Page, Number of Visited Pages, Number of Leads/Opportunities, and Chats.
