Automate emails based on actions, time or conditional statements to ease the relationship
with your customers. Odoo provides Send Email action in the automation to send email
automatically. We can specify the email template. This template contains the content
and format of the mail. In the below screenshot you can see automatic action for
sending mail to customer when a sale order is created.
