Export Data
While working on a database, there may be instances where we want to
export our data to a certain file. Odoo provides a way to export
data from any field in any record. Let's examine a module that has
been created using the Odoo Studio.
Select the Export button from the Action Button's drop-down menu.
There is a window where we may select the fields we want to export.
Choose the Export Format (such as xlsx or csv)
after selecting the necessary fields from the list
of available fields.
Import Data
Choose Import records under the favorites.
A new form view opens for uploading the files after selecting import
records.
By clicking on the Upload File button you can upload the chosen
files.
