Operations on Leads
The Odoo platform provides the provision to conduct various actions on leads apart
from activity scheduling. That is you can also send messages or log notes. These
options can be accessed under each lead description as shown in the below image.
By selecting the Send messages option you can send messages to
the leads straight from the lead menu and under the Log note tab,
you can log an internal note for this lead on the basis of the operations conducted.
You can attach various documents under these options. In addition, you can Schedule
activities under the schedule activity tab.

manage multiple sales teams in the platform.
