The backup server on Odoo.sh retains a backup of the production databases, allowing for data recovery when needed. Utilizing the import database option allows uploading databases to the production server.
A list of backups stored on the server associated with your production build is available, and it maintains backups for one month, comprising 7 daily and 4 weekly backups.
Previous backups are securely stored on dedicated backup servers. If you use an on-premise Odoo server, backups can be accessed through the /web/database/manager path.
You can download a backup using the designated download button, and a restore option is also available through a dedicated restore button. When opting to download a backup, you need to specify the purpose and choose the filestore option. It's important to note that the filestore option tends to increase the dump size as it encompasses all files and attachments, although it is frequently unnecessary.
