Direct Debit Mandates
The use of Direct Debit Mandates in business operations is one of the advanced tools
and terminology of operations. The Direct Debit Mandates will ensure that the customer
provides your business with authorization to collect the payment for all future
business operations. The Direct Debit Mandates are defined once the customer, as
well as the company, have agreed upon a contract or a trust which has been established
between them on the aspects of the business operation management.
The Odoo platform supports the aspects of the Direct Debit Mandates management with
the help of a dignified menu available under the Customers tab of the Odoo Accounting
module. In the menu, you can create new Direct Debit Mandastes for the operations
in the Odoo platform, in the creation window you can provide the name of the Customer,
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) of the customer, Journal, SDD Scheme details,
Identifier, Start date, and the End date. Based on the Start Date as well as the
End Date the period of operation is defined for the respective Direct Debit Mandates
to be operational.
