As we mentioned in the previous section, we can configure new users with the help of the CREATE button. A single click on the CREATE button is enough to open up the creation form, where you have all the fields to configure a new Odoo user. Using this creation form, you can configure as many users as you require for your business operation. Let us take a look at the creation window.
In this User creation form, initially, you can fill in the name of the user in the Name field. Then you have the space to provide the Email Address of the user. Also, you can include the Photograph of the user in the provided field. After completing these initial configurations, you can configure the Access Rights of the respective user under the Access Rights tab and the User preferences under the Preferences tab.
