4. Reporting
Users can view skill reports and personnel evaluations within the
Reporting tool. The Reporting tab contains the Skills Evolution and
Appraisal Analysis options.
4.1 Appraisal Analysis
Select the Appraisal Analysis menu in Reporting to view all employee
appraisal reports. The graph view in the Appraisal Analysis window
shows the Department data on the X-axis and the total number of
appraisals for each department on the Y-axis. Users can also see the
graph in a number of different ways, such as line, pie, and bar
views.
4.2 Skills Evolution
You can view each employee's skill report after choosing the Skills
Evolution menu under Reporting. The Appraisal Skills Report window
contains information on the employee, skill type, skill, current
level, the employee's justification, and more.
You can view the graphical page, as in the image below.
The Oodo 18 Appraisal module makes it easy to do the employee
appraisal, which is essential.
