4. Reporting
The Reporting tool in Odoo18's Project module allows you to look at
every project and task that is listed in the database. It is
essential to routinely assess all project-related activities in
order to rapidly identify the areas that need additional attention
and development.
4.1 Task Analysis
Below is the screenshot of the task analysis of the project module.
For reporting, you can use the built-in Filters. Among the categories
you can sort by are My Tasks, Followed Tasks, My Team, Department,
Unassigned, Favorite Projects, Followed Tasks, Department, Team,
High Priority, Low Priority, Open, Closed, Late Milestones, Late
Tasks, and Tasks in Overtime. Stage, Personal Stage, Assignees,
Ancestor Task, Milestone, Customer, Sales Order Item, Kanban State,
Deadline, and Creation Date are the options available when selecting
Group By. You can use pivot and graphic views for the reports.
Average rating, days until deadline, effective hours, overtime,
planned hours, progress, rating value, remaining hours, working days
until assignment, working days until closure, working hours until
assignment, working hours until closure, and count are among the
metrics you can choose to set in this section.
4.2 Customer Ratings
Monitoring customer satisfaction on jobs is possible in the Odoo
Project module. This can be accomplished by choosing and activating
the Customer Ratings option in Settings.
After you enable this feature, the Customer Ratings platform will be
accessible via the Reporting menu. This platform will monitor how
customers have rated your project. The page can be viewed in list,
pivot, and graphical also other as the kanban view. The kanban view
of the page is shown in the image below.
