4. Visitors
The Visitors page provides a detailed list of all website
visitors. For each visitor, you can view key information such as
their last activity, number of visits, pages viewed, and
other relevant details, presented clearly in the List view,
as illustrated in the image below.
Odoo also offers multiple views to analyze visitor data more
effectively, including:
- List View: Displays visitor details in a tabular format
for quick scanning and filtering.
- Kanban View: Groups visitors visually by status or other
fields, ideal for managing interactions.
- Graph View: Shows visitor trends over time using charts
and graphs for better insights.
Additionally, you can directly engage with visitors using the
Email, Chat,and SMS options available beside each
entry. These tools help you follow up instantly, provide support, or
convert visitors into leads based on their activity.
