3. Reporting
To understand a company's operational process, it is essential to
have a platform that is appropriate and offers accurate reports. The
user will be able to clearly see every activity that was done during
a given time period thanks to these technologies. The Reporting
feature in the Odoo18 Subscription module allows you to carry out a
variety of analysis tasks related to the module. Here, the customer
can access reporting tools for revenue KPIs, salesperson dashboards,
subscriptions, and retention.
3.1 Subscriptions

This is the pivot table for the report.
You can select Monthly Recurring Revenue, Quantity, Recurring Amount,
Yearly Recurring Revenue, and Count as the report's Measures. There
are filters for My Subscriptions, Running, To Renew, Expired, Good
Health, Bad Health, Order Date, and End Date. The options in the
Group By section, which include Stage, Salesperson, Customer,
Country, Industry, Template, Order Date, and End Date, can be used
to group the report.
3.2 Retention
The Retention Analysis window will open when you select the Retention
option from the Reporting menu.
The user has access to the same Measures, Filters, and Group By
choices that we mentioned in the Subscription Analysis box. The
report is accessible in three different modes: Graphical, Pivot, and
Cohort.
3.3 MRR Breakdown
Below is the reporting window for MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
Growth. You can generate MRR Breakdown KPI reports for a particular
time period by altering the date and year in the designated field.
The report can be customized to fit the needs of salespeople,
companies, and subscription plans.
3.4 MRR Timeline
The MRR Timeline is displayed in the MRR Analysis Report.
The page can also be viewed in pivot and list view as well.
The salesperson has access to non-recurring invoices, subscription
modification activities, monthly recurring revenue, and
non-recurring revenue on this platform. The advanced Odoo 18
Subscription module makes it simple and professional for the user to
manage all subscription-related duties.
