1.Messages Menu
The ‘Messages’menu of the WhatsApp module in Odoo 18 provides
a consolidated view for handling all WhatsApp messages. Incoming and
outgoing messages are shown in a threaded style, each one connected
to pertinent data like helpdesk issues, sales orders, or contacts.
Here, you can see the empty dashboard window because we have not
created any messages recently, as illustrated in the screenshot
below.
In addition to tracking delivery and read statuses, you can group and
filter messages based on a variety of parameters provided in the
‘Filters’and ‘Group By’ filter options provided in
the advanced search bar area, and respond immediately using
templates or rapid answers.
