4. Reporting
In addition to recording and managing personnel data inside a
business, the Odoo18 Employees module ensures that it offers a
robust platform for analyzing employee performance based on specific
criteria. To understand the current working process and to assist
with new adjustments that can be made to better the current
situation, reporting and analysis are always crucial. The reporting
capabilities offered by the Employees module will be discussed here.
4.1 Contracts
Selecting the Contracts option from the Reporting menu, as seen
below, will access the Odoo18 employee analysis window.
Using the right indicators, this platform may be utilized to assess
staff performance. Odoo18 offers pivot and graphic views on this
platform. You can narrow down the available reports by date and the
previous 365 days. Additional filters can be created using the Add
Custom Filter option. Use the Group By option to arrange the report
by Department, Employee, and Company. Additional grouping options
can be created with the Add Custom Group option.
The available measures include Fuel Card, Duration Contract,
Departure Employees, New Hires, Annual Employee Budget, Full Time
Equivalent (Today), Wage, and Count. You can use the Insert in
Spreadsheet button to copy this date into a spreadsheet.
4.2 Skillss
The Skills option in the Reporting menu provides reports on the
skills specified in each employee profile. The skill list view shows
each employee's skill type, skill, level, and level progress.
There are two ways to filter the data: Employees with Skills and
Employees Without Skills. To properly arrange the data, the Group By
option offers the following options: Employee, Department, Skill,
and Skill Type.
Below shown is the pivot view of the skills report. The report's
measurement can be the Level Progress.
4.3 Certifications
Businesses may keep track of employees' professional credentials,
talents, and qualifications with the help of the Employee
certification tool. Career development, performance monitoring, and
compliance can all benefit from this data.
