Working Files
The Working Files feature in Odoo 19 Accounting helps accountants organize and manage tasks related to financial audits and reviews. It provides a structured environment where users can track different accounting checks that need to be reviewed during an audit cycle.
As shown in the image, an audit record (for example, Audit 2025) displays the progress of the review process, including the number of balances and checks completed. This allows accountants to easily monitor the status of the audit and identify pending tasks.
Inside the audit cycle, Odoo lists various review checkpoints grouped under categories such as Operating Expenses and Purchases. Each item includes a brief description explaining what needs to be verified, such as reviewing meal expense adjustments, checking non-recoverable VAT entries, comparing operating expenses, or validating aged payables. Tasks that require attention are marked with a “To Review†status, helping users focus on the areas that still need verification.
