When activated, a new window will open, allowing you to customize the graph using the View option. Within this option, you can configure the following settings:

  • Type: Change the default chart type by selecting from options such as Pie, Bar, or Line.
  • Sorting: Available only for Bar and Line charts, this option lets you arrange the data in ascending or descending order.
  • First Dimension: Choose a field to define the primary data dimension or category.
  • Second Dimension: If needed, select a field to add a secondary dimension.
  • Measure: Specify the data field that will be measured in the graph.
  • Access Records from Graph: For Bar and Pie charts, enabling this option allows you to view all records corresponding to a particular data category by ticking the "Access Records from Graph" box.
  • Stacked Graph: Exclusive to Bar charts, this checkbox, when selected, displays two data dimensions stacked on top of each other.

You can change the default chart type by selecting your preferred option in the Type section. Additionally, the Access Records from Graph feature, found under the View option, is available specifically for bar and pie charts.
