The Reporting feature offers a platform for meticulously analyzing various activities and their status related to the company’s operations. The advanced reporting features in Odoo 16 help accurately evaluate the overall business performance, thereby boosting productivity. The Reporting tab’s dropdown list in Odoo 16 has the menus – Forecast, Pipeline, Leads, Activities, Partnerships, and Lead Generation Views.
The Forecast window will display the opportunities categorized according to their months of ‘Expected Closing.’
You can use the four icons in the top right corner of the window – Kanban, Graph, Pivot, and List – to adjust the view of these details. The Filters and Group By options equip you with enough choices to locate and identify the required data. Besides, you can also use ‘Favorites’ to save your frequently used filters or to set default criteria for isolating records.
Click on the Create button to create a new opportunity directly from this window.
A new dialog box will open where you can enter the details like Organization/Contact, Opportunity, Email, Phone, and Expected Revenue. Finally, click ‘Add.’
You can analyze the activities of the pipeline using various measures.
The Pipeline Analysis window allows you to view its reports in three modes – Graph, pivot, and List. Click on any icon in the top right corner of the window. You can also adjust the type of graphical representation, i.e., Bar Chart, Line Chart, or Pie Chart.
Using the Leads Analysis feature of the Reporting tab, you can weigh all the activities related to leads.
The Filters and Group By options allow you to locate and categorize the lead records based on specific criteria. ‘Comparison’ has two options in its dropdown list – ‘Created on: Previous Period’ and ‘Created on: Previous Year.’ Using these options, you can filter and scrutinize the lead records of the previous period or year. The Favorites option offers a platform to save specific filters and set them as defaults.
The Pipeline Activities window of the reporting section gives you a comprehensive analysis of all the activities in the pipeline.
Partnership Analysis is an effective tool for examining the correlation between the partnership grade and its turnover.
This section generates a detailed report of leads obtained using ‘Visits to Leads Rules’ in the Configuration menu.
Details like IP Address, Lead Generation Rule, State, and Create Date will be visible in this window.
