Job Positions

Similar to the creation of departments, you can include different job positions as well. The option will be available under the configuration menu.

On selecting the option, you will get the list of all the job positions that are already created. The list includes details such as Job Position, Department, Website, Current number of Employee, Expected New Employees, Total Forecasted Employees, Hired Employees, Status, Published status, and the name of the company, respectively.

On selecting the create icon, a window appears.

On the page, you can add a name for the job position. Under the Recruitment tab, you can include the information based on the recruitment of the candidates for the job, which include the company, department to which the job is belonging to, job location, employment type, number of target, an option to trigger the Is Published option, recruiter, interviewees for the selection of the candidate, interview form, website to which it should be posted, and process details. There you have Time to Answer and Process types and Days to get an Offer option as well. In the Job Summary option, you can provide a short note on the job position. Finally, go to the Save icon.
