Creating a Quotationt

The My Activity menu under the Sales tab is an excellent platform for monitoring and analyzing your sales-related activities.

The window displays a list view of the activities related to your customers. You can see the details like the Opportunity name, Contact Name, Email, Phone, Company, Activities, My Deadline, Expected Revenue, and Stage. You can avail of additional info by clicking on the button in the window's top right corner, as shown below.

Select the details you want to view in the window, and they will be displayed.

To create a new opportunity, click on the Create button. You will get the following window.

Add the required information to the respective fields in this window. Click on ‘Won’ if the newly created opportunity meets the criteria to become a quotation. Then, click the New Quotation button, and the following pop-up window will appear.

From the three given options, select the one applicable to your opportunity and click on ‘Confirm.’ You can mark the ones disqualified from being quotations as ‘Lost’ by clicking on the Lost button.
