Creating New Courses and Managing Them

Users can create new courses for their online courses using this platform without any hassles. To create a new course, click on the “NEW” button provided in the upper left corner of the page, as shown below.

You can configure your new course in the form depicted in the screenshot below.

You have to provide a Course Title in the form and fill in the details provided in the four form tabs named Content, Description, Options, and Karma.

Content Tab

You can add content in the Contents section arranged as Title, Category, Certification, Duration, and the details Total Views, Preview, Published, etc. will be auto-updated. You can add a new course by clicking on the Add Section, Add Content, and Add Certification fields.
Add Section: You can add a new section or data field by clicking on this option which can be used for creating a new course section, Chapters, Sub contents of a Course, etc., which also helps to organize the course data or documents.

Add Content: By selecting this option, we will be taken to a new Content Configuration form where we may create new content for the specific segment of the course and attach documents. By selecting the appropriate option, you can download the documents or files from your device or retrieve them from Google Drive. You can allow users to download your files or documentation by selecting the " Allow Download" option, or you can just provide a preview of the course by selecting the " Allow Preview" option. Mention the Responsible person's name and the Duration of the Course, as shown in the screenshot below.

Save the details using the “SAVE & CLOSE” option or use the “SAVE & NEW” button to create another section of the course, as we discussed above. You can add multiple Course sections, contents, and Certifications as per the Course type.

Add Certification: Using this option, you can also add certification to the course. By selecting this option, you will be taken to a new certificate configuration form, as seen below.

Mention the name of the certificate in the Content Title and include Tags. Fill in the appropriate data spaces in the Document box, such as Certification Type, Certification Name, Course Duration, and Responsible Person Name, as shown in the screenshot below.

Use the "SAVE& CLOSE" button to save the details or the "SAVE& NEW" button to generate a new certification

The new Sections, Contents, and Certificates have been created successfully in the Course Configuration form, as shown in the screenshot below.

Also, you can add appropriate images in the image editing section and change your course language by clicking on the language translation icon provided near the ” Course Title” Field. You can see a popup window to translate the Course Title, as shown below.

Select your preferred language from the dropdown list and save the changes using the “SAVE” button.
