Campaign

The campaign o the email marketing module helps you in increasing the profit of the company. The options will be available in the settings menu of the module. The page of campaigns will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

On triggering the mailing campaigns option under the setting option in the configuration menu, you will get the menu of campaign on the main page of the module, and the page for selecting the campaign is shown in the image, as shown above. On the page, you will get the details of already created campaigns in various stages. With the help of the + icon provided on every stage, you can add the campaigns to the stages that you intend. On selecting the + icon, you will be provided with a space to add the name of the campaign, responsible user, and related tags, as in the image below.

In order to make the necessary changes to the newly created campaign, you can go to the EDIT option provided in the space. Then, you will be directed to a page, as in the screenshot below.

In order to send the email, you can go to the SEND MAILING option. Then, you will be directed to another page.

On the mail composing page, you can add the subject, recipients, and option to choose the mailing lists, respectively. Below that, you have certain tabs, such as mail body, A/B test, and settings. Here, when you are done with creating those mail, you can go to the SEND icon provided done the leftmost side of the page. Then, the respective campaign will showcase all the mailings under a smart button, as in the image below.

All those mailings will be available under the mailings smart button, which helps you to have a detailed analysis of those emails. As emails, you are able to send SMS if required. The smart buttons include revenue gained, the total number of quotations and opportunities created, mailings, and the total number of clicks, respectively.

Now, on triggering the marketing campaign option from the settings option under the configuration menu, you will get the options of campaign stage and campaign tag. On selecting the campaign stage, you will get the page of campaign stages that are already created, as in the image below.

In order to make a new campaign stage, you can make use of the NEW icon, where you will get the line to add the new one. And with the small procedures, you will get the campaign tags, and the page of campaign tags will be, as in the image below.

Here are the campaign tags. You will get the list of already created tags, and to make a new one, go for the NEW icon.
