Vehicle Tags

Below the Configuration Tab, you will get the Tags option, using which you can add different tags to the vehicles.

On the page, you will get the name of the tag and the corresponding color as well. On clicking the Create icon, you can make a new tag by just clicking on the new line.

Activity Type

In order to make various types of activities, you have the option under the Configuration menu. Different activities can be determined for scheduling using this fleet module. On the page, you will get already created types of activities.

On the page, you have the name of the type of the activity, default summary, planned in, type of the activity, model name, and the icon used for it, respectively. To create the new activity type, go to the Create icon, where you will get the page as shown below.

Here, you have to provide a name of the activity type. Then, under the Activity settings option, you have to include the details, such as Action, which can be an Upload document, Phone call, Meeting, Reminder, or None, accordingly. Below that, you have to provide the default user, model of the vehicle, default summary, icon of the vehicle, type of decoration, which can be made used for changing the background color, and a default note in the allotted spaces.

Under the Next Activity tab, you have to give the type of chaining as either Suggest next activity for suggesting the next activity or Trigger next activity for scheduling the activated activity on its own. Finally, go to the save icon.
