Time Off

Management of leave is a major part of the activities of Human Resource Management. For all organizations, the proper form of recording their leaves is an important part. If you don't provide much importance to managing your leave, it will negatively affect the company as well. In the works, it is essential to have all the members of the work's absence recorded. In the case there are leaves, then they should be regularly and properly managed for effective and easy working of the company. For this purpose, to get activated, you have Time Off Module in the Odoo ERP. The leaves in the HR departments will be regulated using this particular module.

Within the same platform, you will get approval from the specific managing officers for the request for leave. The module provides the options of payrolls, paid leaves, paid off, and many other leave-regarded options. Here, let's look at how to manage and regulate the module for the smooth functioning of leaves taken by the employees.

In the Odoo ERP, you have a Time Off Module, in which you will get many tabs, such as My Time Off, Overview, Approvals, Reporting, and Configuration.

In the above-given image, you will get the report of the absent days which is in the calendar view. This calendar view can also be seen on a Daily, Weekly, Monthly, as well as Yearly basis. The function of the Allocation Request option is to make requests for allocation.

On this page, you will see the Validity Date of the particular leave request. The absent days will be visible in various colors. The Time Off types and their corresponding color are available in the panel provided on the right side of the page. The window also provides you with the total number of Paid Time Off and the days of Compensatory provided in a year at the topmost part of the window. The dashboard is visible in the List View as well.
