Department

Under the configuration menu, you will get the department option, which will be shown in the image below. The details include the display name, name of the company, manager, employees, and parent department. In order to make a similar kind of department, you can go to the NEW icon.

The new page will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

Here, you can add the name of the department, manager, parent department, and name of the company in the perspective spaces. Finally, go to the save icon.

Tags

Under the configuration menu, you will get the option of tags, as shown in the screenshot.

On the page, you will get the already-created tags. Using the new line, you can easily add a new tag and then go to the save icon.

Degrees

Now, in the job application, you can add the educational qualification. The page is, as in the image below.

Here, in the new line, you can easily add a new degree and then save the newly added details.

Source of applicants

In the configuration, you will get the option of the source of applicants. In the window, you will get the source with the job title and URL parameters. Here the generated email helps you to create new emails from the source. Then, to create, the new option can be used as done in the other options before.

On the page, you will get the details regarding the sure of applicants.
