SMS Confirmation

This In-App-Purchase (IAP) service allows you to send SMS to your customers only if you buy enough credits. Opt for ‘Settings’ to enable this feature under the Configuration tab. You will get the Settings window where you may activate ‘SMS Confirmation’ under the Shipping section.

This window allows you to edit the existing template and create a new one. Upon confirming a delivery order, Odoo will send a system-generated SMS to the customer. You can see these text messages under the Log note tab in the form view of delivery orders after verification.
