Refuse Reasons

Under the configuration menu, you will get the reasons for the refusal of a particular application. The page will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

Here, you will get the list of refusal reasons along with the description and email template. The applicants get a message when they applicant is rejected. The NEW option helps you to add a new refuse reason. Then, in the new line. You can add the new refuse reason very easily.
