Project Stages

Under project management, you can manage various stages in order to configure them according to the progressions. On determining the various stages, you can easily determine the status of every project and then take action accordingly. In order to configure the project stages, you have to trigger the corresponding option from the settings option.

On triggering the option, you can track and control the progress of the project. On the configuration menu, the project stages option will be available.

This is the page of the project stage, which provides the details, such as the name of the project, and is folded in the Kanban option. You can make use of the filters, group by, and favorite option, as per your need. The page can be seen in a list view other than the Kanban view. The new option can be made used for the creation of new stages. There you will get the extra line for the creation of the new one.

Task Stage

So far, we have discussed how to make the task stage under the project module. Now, let us look at how to create a task stage, which is available in the configuration menu. The task stage options can be seen in the configuration menu of the module. By describing various stages of the project task, you can know about the actions taken upon every project task and their progress as well.

On the page task stage, you can see the list of already created task stages. You will get the filters, group by, and favorites options that can be used accordingly. The details provided regarding the stage include name, project, and folded-in Kanban options, respectively. In order to create a similar kind of task stage, you can go to the NEW option provided on the leftmost side of the page. The creation page will be as shown in the screenshot below.

Here, you have to provide certain details regarding the task stage. Firstly, you have to add the name of the task stage in the allotted space. Then you can add the SMS template, Email template, number of sequences, and the folded-in Kanban option to get triggered. You can also add the required project to the details from the drop-down menu. Now, under the stage description and tooltips option, you can add the task to the required stage, such as in progress, blocked, or ready accordingly. You are also provided with a space to add the description in order to help the coworkers to understand the meaning and purpose of the particular states. Finally, go to the save icon in order to get the newly created task stage to get added to the existing list of stages.
