In the COURSE section of this tab, you can assign a person in the “Responsible” area who has the responsibilities of this particular course. You can mention the “Website” in the given field where you want to publish this course. In the “ACCESS RIGHTS” Section. you can set the “Enroll Policy” as “Public,” “ On Invitation,” or “On Payment.”

Enroll Policy: The Enrolment Policy is a policy or agreement that defines how people can enroll in your course. Everyone can view your courses for free if they are public. If you select the “On Invitation” option, then the Users can only attend your courses if they are invited, or our organization offers online courses for a cost; you can use the "On Payment" option.

In the COMMUNICATION section, you can activate the Allow Reviews field, which will enable the course members to review and rate the course. In the following fields, you can mention the “Forum,” “New Content Notification,” and “Completion Notification” options. You can add a forum for this course to conduct discussions and post questions related to the course.

If participants have any doubts regarding the course, they can ask questions in the designated forum, and other participants who know the answer can respond. Odoo will send an email to attendees whenever new content is published if New Content Email is specified. In a similar vein, Odoo will send an email to course participants once they have completed the course by defining the completion email. Under the “DISPLAY” section, you can set the Presentation. “Type” as “Training” or “Documentation.” You can also choose whether the course is visible to the public or only to members, depending on your preferences in the “Visibility” field.
