Activity Types

On the configuration menu, you will get the list of activity types, as shown in the screenshot below.

In order to make a similar kind, go to the NEW icon. The creation page will be, as shown in the screenshot below.

At the creation age., you can add the name at the very beginning. Now, below that, in the activity settings, you can add actions, default user, mode,l, default summary, icon, decoration type, and a short default note in the allotted space. In the next captivity, the chaining type can be set as suggested next activity or triggered next activity. Now, below that, the email template and the activity can be scheduled in the alloted space accordingly. When you are done with all the details, you can go to the SAVE icon.
