The lead enrichment function in the CRM module allows you to collect a customer’s contact details from their email ID alone. You can enter this ID as contact information and create a new lead. The lead enrichment tools help you extract the contact information of prospective customers from various external sources.
To access this feature, click on the Settings option from the Configuration tab’s dropdown list.
Activate ‘Lead Enrichment’ under the Lead Generation section. You get two options in this section – ‘Enrich leads on demand only’ and ‘Enrich all leads automatically.’ After choosing your pick, click on ‘Save.’
Now, click on ‘My Pipeline’ from the Sales tab. This window helps to create a new pipeline using the customer’s email ID.
Click on the Create button and fill in the details in the dialog box that appears. Then, click on ‘Add.’ Click on the preview of the newly created pipeline to see its detailed view.
Use the Enrich button to generate the customer’s contact information, which you can save for future reference.
