Lead Enrichment
The lead enrichment function in the CRM module allows you to collect a customer’s contact details from their email ID alone. You can enter this ID as contact information and create a new lead. The lead enrichment tools help you extract the contact information of prospective customers from various external sources.
To access this feature, click on the Settings option from the Configuration tab’s dropdown list.
Under the Lead Generation section, turn on "Lead Enrichment." In this area, you have two options: "Enrich all leads automatically" and "Enrich leads on-demand only." Once you've made your selection, select "Save."
Select "My Pipeline" from the Sales menu at this point. Using the customer's email address, this window facilitates the creation of a new pipeline.
After selecting the Create button, provide the information in the dialogue box that displays. Next, select "Add." To explore the newly established pipeline in detail, click on its preview.
Using the Enrich button, you may produce the customer's contact information, which you can keep for future use.

Lead Mining
The Lead Mining function in the CRM module is imperative in generating new leads from your database. The attributes, like the customer’s country, company size, industry, etc., are weighed in during this process. Go to the Settings menu under the Configuration tab to access this feature.
You may create leads right from the Pipeline window by turning on the Lead Mining option. Navigate to "My Pipeline" under the Sales tab to do this.
Click 'Generate Leads' to input the necessary information about new leads.
In the window that appears, enter the number of leads you want to produce. You can select one of two choices in the dropdown box next to this field: 'Companies' or 'Companies and their Contacts.' Fill out the needed information in the areas such as Countries, States, Sales Team, Salesperson, and Default Tags. Turn on "Filter on Size" to customize the range of staff counts. Click "Generate Leads" once all the information has been entered. Utilizing the Lead Mining Requests menu under "Configuration," you can get the same feature.
