Invoice Analysis
You may make pivot tables and graphs from the invoice reports in one location. In order to conduct effective invoice analysis, you can choose the module's Reporting menu.
You can switch between the Graph and Pivot views of the report depending on your needs. Above is a graphical representation of the invoice analysis. The icons to convert the graphs into Line, Bar, and Pie charts will be available to you.
The report's Measures include Average Price, Product Quantity, Total, Untaxed Total, and Count. You can utilize the custom choices included in the Filters and Group By options to obtain reports that are tailored to your needs.
Analytic Accounting
The analysis, interpretation, and production of reports for the company's accounting documents are facilitated by an analytical accounting report. Support for reinvoicing and help with cost management will be given for all duties related to the development of analysis and reports using the chart of accounts.
Product Margin
With the use of the Product Margin report, the user can examine the sales product details. To get this report, the user first needs to enable the Margin Analysis from the Settings.
The Product Margin report from Reports will open in a popup window, as seen below. Add the from and to dates so that reports can be generated. The user can then select the invoice status for his bills. Choose the Open Margin option after that.
At that point, work on the necessary report will begin.
The product's name, internal reference, average sales, invoiced amount, turnover, sales gap, total cost, quantity bought, total margin, expected margin, total margin rate, and the expected margin percentage.
