Email Confirmation
Odoo 17 will automatically send the customer a confirmation email with the delivery order attached whenever a delivery order has been confirmed. Choose "Settings" from the Configuration tab's dropdown list to utilize this function. Next, under the Shipping section, turn on "Email Confirmation."
Odoo will email the relevant customers with confirmations when you check your delivery orders.
This email is visible in its form view under the Log note tab.
