Overall Equipment Effectiveness Report
It is very necessary to check the effectiveness of the manufacturing equipment from time to time. This will help in increasing the capacity, increasing effectiveness, improving the quality and also reducing the costs. The utilization of the product is compared with its full potential which will give a clear picture of the areas that have to be improved. The utilization of the resources can be done in this way to its full extent. The Odoo 15 Manufacturing module allows you to generate reports which will give you an overall insight about the effectiveness of the equipment used in the manufacturing process. To view the reports select the Overall Equipment Effectiveness option from the Reporting tab. The graphical representation of the report will be displayed. You can view the report with measures such as the Count and Duration. The duration will be calculated in minutes. The graphical representation can be viewed in Bar chart, Line chart and Pie chart. By evaluating the report you can have the details of the total productive time of the equipment, material availability and also equipment failure. The results can be filtered into Availability Losses, Performance Losses, Quality Losses, Fully Productive and with Dates. With the Group By option, you can view the report on the basis of User, Workcenter and Loss Reason.
You can also view the OEE target of each work center by selecting the Work Centers option from the Configuration tab. The percentage of the OEE target is displayed in the list along with other details of the work center.
