Tags
Adding Tags will help you to categorize the tasks configured in the Field Service module. You can use tags to ease the searching and sorting operations in this module. You will get access to the tag creation window from the Configuration menu of the module.
This platform displays already created tags as shown in the screenshot above. By clicking on the Create button, you can easily add new tags and select colors for the tags on this platform.
